System composition
1. Mitsubishi PLC
As for the terminal, the FX1s series PLC is an 8-pin RS232 serial port communication interface. If it is connected to the F2X03 series DTU, it must be converted to a 232 or 485 communication interface. The wiring definition is as follows:
DTUF2603, mainly responsible for the transmission function, establishes a TCP connection with TCP Server through TCP Clinet to achieve two-way data transmission and reception. The specific network topology is as follows:
3. Server
The server needs to have a public network IP and a port that is consistent with the DTU on the IP that needs to monitor data, run the Four-Faith TCP2COM software to monitor the corresponding port, and a virtual serial port comes out, pre-filled the corresponding channel information, the server The programming software only needs to read the virtual serial port (for detailed settings of the TCP2COM software, please refer to the Four-Faith TCP2COM software instructions). The overall application is equivalent to replacing the middle part of the serial cable with network communication, and the final programming software is still reading serial data.
2. DTU related parameter configuration:

Power off the IP MODEM module first, then open the "IP Modem Configue" software, then power on the IP MODEM, enter the configuration state, and perform server-side IP address and port mapping, as shown in the following figure:

In the actual communication process, because the data is transmitted through the wireless network of the operator, there will be a delay of tens of milliseconds to about 2 seconds during the communication process according to the actual network situation, so the programming software communication time check is recommended to be set to 30 or more
